Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide under EXW, FOB or CIF terms, and can also deliver to your own
forwarder in China.

Trade terms

EXW	You collect from our Hangzhou warehouse with your own forwarder.
FOB	We deliver to the Chinese port you nominate (Ningbo or Shanghai by default).
CIF	We quote freight and insurance to your destination port.
Door delivery	Available on request for express and air shipments.

Lead time

Standard items are usually ready within 7 days (from 5 days depending on the item) of deposit confirmation. Customized orders
are confirmed with a production schedule on the quotation. Exact dates are re-confirmed before
shipment.

Methods

• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) – for samples and small trial orders.
• Air freight – for urgent volume orders.
• Sea freight – LCL and FCL for bulk wholesale orders.

Packing

Products are packed in export cartons with a protective inner layer. Poly bag, color box,
blister and retail-ready packing are available, with your own barcode and shipping mark printed
to instruction. Carton quantity, gross weight and measurements are provided before
shipment.

Tracking

Tracking numbers, packing list and shipping documents are sent as soon as the goods leave
our warehouse. Ports and carriers are confirmed per order.
