What is your MOQ?

MOQ is 10 pcs per item and per color on every product line. Mixed sizes and colors within one order are accepted. Customized items may require a higher quantity where tooling, printing or material minimums apply; the exact figure is always confirmed on the quotation.

Can I customize the size, color, logo or packaging?

Yes. Logo printing, custom colors, size adjustment, material changes and retail packaging
are all available. Send artwork or a reference sample and we return a mock-up for approval
before production. Private label packing under your own brand is also available.

How long is the lead time?

Standard items are usually ready within 7 days (from 5 days depending on the item) of deposit confirmation. Customized orders
follow the schedule confirmed on the quotation.

Do you provide samples? Is the sample free?

Yes. Samples are free of charge when the item is in stock. For customized samples (logo, color, size or packaging) the cost is negotiated case by case.

What payment terms do you accept?

L/C and T/T for bulk orders; PayPal and credit card accepted for samples and small trial orders.

What certifications and documentation do you hold?

FDA material compliance; ISO9001 certified quality management system; BSCI-audited supply chain. Certificates are supplied with the quotation where they apply to the product and to your
destination market. We do not publish certification claims we cannot document.

What warranty do you offer?

3-month after-sales warranty covering manufacturing defects. Claims are reviewed against photos and order records.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide and currently serve buyers in 30+ countries. Tell us the destination country
and port and we quote EXW, FOB or CIF accordingly.

Do you accept mixed orders?

Yes. Multi-item and mixed-container orders can be consolidated and shipped together, which
keeps freight cost down on trial orders.
