TimoPet is the export brand of Hangzhou TopStudio Textile Co., Ltd — a pet products supplier and exporter based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, designing and supplying pet goods since 2010. Who we are
We are a pet products supplier and exporter working from an 8,000 m² production and warehouse base in Hangzhou. Under the TimoPet brand we supply 190 product lines with 2,439 color and size options across five product groups — from dog and cat beds, toys, grooming tools, collars and leashes to aquarium supplies for fish and aquatic pets.
Our customers are distributors, retail and supermarket chains, brand stores and online sellers in 30+ countries. Whether you need one pallet of stock items or a full private-label program, we quote fast, sample fast and ship on schedule.
What we do
We wholesale pet supplies and run OEM & ODM programs for brands worldwide — custom logo, colors, sizes and packaging. Stock samples are free; custom samples are negotiated case by case.
Every order ships with the documents your team needs: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates on file, and tiered wholesale pricing that scales with your volume.
01 · Design
Design
Design is where an OEM order becomes your own product. Send a brief, a hand sketch or a reference sample and our in-house team returns a proportioned drawing and a 3D render — usually within 5 working days — and you own the artwork when it goes to production.
1. Brief & research
We review your market, price point and the dog or cat sizes you design for, then agree the material and filling specification.
2. Sketch & pattern
Proportioned sketch and pattern draft with material call-outs, revised until you are happy.
3. 3D render & sign-off
A 3D render shows the real proportions and finishes before anything is cut. You approve, we move to sampling.

02 · Sampling
Sampling
Once the drawing is approved we cut a hand-made sample with your logo and packaging. Every sample is chew-tested and weight-checked in our testing area before it is packed and couriered to you, so what you approve is what you will receive in bulk.
Stock samples
Free of charge — you only cover the courier.
Custom samples
Logo, color, size and packaging samples quoted case by case.
Sample lead time
7 – 12 days for custom samples, 2 – 3 days for stock items.
Pre-approval testing
Chew, tension and weight checks before the sample leaves the factory.
03 · Production
Production
Pet beds, pet clothes, toys, cat trees and accessories are produced at our 8,000 m² base in Hangzhou — dedicated cutting, sewing and injection molding lines, an in-house packing area and direct container loading. Production sits under the same roof as our export team, so you get faster lead times and one accountable partner from sampling to shipment.

04 · Packaging
Packaging
Packing is where most B2B orders go wrong, so we treat it as part of the product. Retail-ready or bulk export packing, your carton marking, your barcode — agreed before production starts and checked again before the container is stuffed.

Shipping & logistics
We ship from Hangzhou and Ningbo to 30+ countries. Tell us the destination port and your deadline and we quote the routing, not just the price.
Sea freight
FCL and LCL from Ningbo / Shanghai. The economical choice for repeat bulk orders and mixed containers.
Air & express
DHL, FedEx and UPS for samples and urgent top-ups; air freight for launch deadlines.
Land & rail
China–Europe rail and trucking for Central Asia, Russia and inland European destinations.
Door to door
DDP for Amazon FBA and marketplaces — we handle freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
