Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders placed with TimoPet
(Hangzhou TopStudio Textile Co., Ltd).

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself, and are based on the
quantity, specification and destination confirmed at the time of quoting. Prices may be
revised if quantity, material, packaging or freight conditions change before an order is
confirmed.

Orders

An order is confirmed when the specification, quantity, price and delivery terms have been
agreed in writing and the deposit has been received. The confirmed specification and the
pre-shipment inspection report define the standard the goods are checked against.

Payment

L/C / T/T / PayPal / Credit Card L/C and T/T are used for bulk orders; PayPal and credit card are accepted for samples and
small trial orders. No payment is required to request a quotation.

Samples

Samples are free of charge when the item is in stock. For customized samples (logo, color,
size or packaging) the cost is negotiated case by case and confirmed before the sample is sent.

Warranty and claims

Goods carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and claims are handled as
described on the Returns & Warranty page.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates based on the production schedule and carrier availability. Risk
transfers according to the agreed trade term (EXW, FOB or CIF).

Intellectual property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that logos, artwork and designs they supply do not
infringe third-party rights. We produce to your instruction on that basis.
